Good run Saturday gang you all ran those 9 miles like they were only 3 miles, excellent job!
This weeks run will be a 12 miler for the Surf City gang, a challenge that I'm sure you can handle as if it was just a walk in the park and a 4 miler for the Tinkerbell gang who are still tapering for their goal race on Sunday January the 19th.
This weeks schedule will look like this;
Sunday the 5th. of Jan. - Surf City Recovery, Tinkerbell 3 Miles
Monday the 6th. of Jan. - 30 Minutes of Foundation Training
Tuesday the 7th. of Jan. - 3 Miles + 20 Minutes of Foundation Training
Wednesday the 8th. Jan. - Off
Thursday the 9th. of Jan. - Surf City 3 Miles, Tinkerbell 3 Miles + 20 Minutes of Foundation Training
Friday the 10th. of Jan. - Off
Saturday the 11th. of Jan. - Surf City 12 Miles, Tinkerbell 4 Miles
Sunday the 12th. of Jan. - Surf City Recovery, Tinkerbell 3 Miles
