RA102-Week 5/Session 2

Hello everyone!  Thursday will be another 50 minute run at the 5-1 interval.  We will play a little with our speed work tonight so the route will be determined right before we head out.  Following our run we'll finish up with our FT cool down.  Remember to bring along your hydration and your will to run!
