RA102-Week 7/Session 2

For Thursday night's run we will continue with the 6:1 interval for a 40 minute run on a route to be determined.  We will again have a 14 minute easy paced warm up, followed by 20 minutes of running with some speed surges added in.  The final 6 minutes will be a cool down.  Remember to bring your water/sports drink and your stamina!  Looking forward to seeing everyone there!
