Running 101-5k training is scheduled to run 30- minutes
at a 4:30 minutes brisk walk and 0.30 seconds of easy running
with Coach Rick
Running[masked]k training will run a total of 40-minutes over gentle rolling hills
at a 4 minute run and 1 minute walk ratio.
