RA 101-Week 6/Session 2

Thursday's workout will be 35-minutes at 3:2 intervals, just like Tuesday, into Craig Park and once again, please bring your liquids and hydrate throughout the day, especially if we encounter hot weather.  I'm really impressed with your progress and I can't wait to get out and run with all of you.  See you Thursday.
