If you attended the Kick Off for Fitness on January 7, 2012 you already had the pleasure of listening to Dr. Andersen speak on what running is good for.
That evening Dr Doug also provided us with a home version of a sports drink.
Here is the recipe:
30oz water
10 oz fruit juice [your choice]
3 level table spoons of sugar
1/4 rounded teaspoon of salt
[shake or blend until sugar and salt are no longer visible on the bottom]
Dr. Andersen will be out on February 18, 2012 at 7:00 am at our training site.
You do not want to miss this one. Dr. Doug will teach us how to prepare so we do not "BONK"
