RA 101 Week 7 Tuesday Night Run - Final Week of 3/2 Intervals

Congratulations! You're past the half-way point in your 5k training! Enjoy this last week of 3/2 intervals because after this - it's MORE RUNNING than walking. This week's runs will both be 35 minutes long with Saturday, 2/25's run being 50 minutes long. That's right, I said 50! Don't forget your cross-training Mon., Wed., & Sun.
