Do you currently run or walk for exercise?

I run about 2 miles but I need to understand how to pace myself. Because I start going too fast and stop.

Do you consider yourself a beginner, intermediate or advanced runner?

I really don't know, I don't think I am a beginner because I am already running?? I signed up for 201?? We will figure it out :)
