I walk 30 minutes to an hour almost every day when I walk with my husband and our dog.
beginner...I don't really run at all.
just walking to keep healthy.

I am 50 years old, I am married and have 2 children, 13 and 16. I have never liked running, but I enjoy walking. I am looking forward to walking for my health.
