Do you currently run or walk for exercise?

I run 5-6 days a week averaging between 25-40 miles/week.

Do you consider yourself a beginner, intermediate or advanced runner?

How does a slow, old advanced runner sound?

Have you participated in an organized walking or running group before? and if so which group?

I trained with A Snails Pace for the 2010 LA Marathon.

What is your short-term goal (3-6 months)?

Short term - finish the Carlsbad Marathon on January 23rd. Recover and run a couple half marathons in late spring or during the summer.

What is your long-term goal (6-18 months)?

Train for a winter marathon.

Introduction

Hi I've been running since 1977. I've been coaching for the running academy since January 2011 and this is my second LA Marathon training group. Training for a marathon is an adventure and we're all in this together!
