My name is Mara and I'm wife, mother, and grandmother who works from home. I have just lost 14 pounds on Weight Watchers and I workout 4-5 times per week for 45-60 minutes. I want to add running back into my exercise routine.

the running club is great. I'm brand new and the people are very warm and informative. They make you feel like you have been there for years. My coach is Victoria and she is great!!
