Do you currently run or walk for exercise?

I've been running since highschool. Been on and off since then but recently got back into running so I like to run a couple miles three times a week. Looking to increase my distances and improve on times.

Do you consider yourself a beginner, intermediate or advanced runner?

I would say intermediate.

Have you participated in an organized walking or running group before? and if so which group?

Besides my highschool track team, I have not.

What is your short-term goal (3-6 months)?

I would like to run a few 5k's as well as a couple 10k's.

What is your long-term goal (6-18 months)?

Run half and full marathons.
