Do you currently run or walk for exercise?


Do you consider yourself a beginner, intermediate or advanced runner?

beginner/intermediate. I run 3miles very regularly, but would like to decrease my run time. I would like to come in at 22mins. I am currently at 26 mins.

Have you participated in an organized walking or running group before? and if so which group?

I run pretty regularly with the Marines.

What is your short-term goal (3-6 months)?

to get my 5k run time down to 22-23 mins.

What is your long-term goal (6-18 months)?

to run a half marathon


I am a wife and parent to 5 awesome kids (15, 14, 6, 5, and 1). I am also a Gunnery Sergeant in the US Marine Corps., stationed at MCAS Miramar.
