Yes. It's my primary method of exercise.
I've been with the Snails since January 2013, so even though I'm really slow, I consider myself an intermediate runner.

My short-term goal is to stay healthy through my pregnancy and work back up to running halfs after my baby girl is born,
My long-term goal is overall health and fitness.
I'm Sarah. In January of 2013, I signed up for the OC Half and Coach Stephanie group got me through it. I then went back to the beginning and worked my way up to being a halfer. My husband and I are expecting a baby May 5th, so I'm walking for now!
