I belong to 24 Hour Fitness and strive to be in the gym at least 3 days a week. Most of those days I walk intervals or hills on the treadmill, hit up the elliptical and am working on building my upper and lower body strength.
I would consider myself a beginner for sure. I honestly haven't run since probably junior high.
Complete a 10k running and not be completely exhausted and outta breath at the end.
