Do you currently run or walk for exercise?

I belong to 24 Hour Fitness and strive to be in the gym at least 3 days a week. Most of those days I walk intervals or hills on the treadmill, hit up the elliptical and am working on building my upper and lower body strength.

Do you consider yourself a beginner, intermediate or advanced runner?

I would consider myself a beginner for sure. I honestly haven't run since probably junior high.

Have you participated in an organized walking or running group before? and if so which group?

No.

What is your short-term goal (3-6 months)?

Complete a 10k running and not be completely exhausted and outta breath at the end.

What is your long-term goal (6-18 months)?

Tinker Bell Marathon baby!
