I belong to Crunch Fitness and strive to be in the gym at least 3 days a week. Most of those days I run intervals or hills on the treadmill, hit up the elliptical and am working on building my upper and lower body strength.
Intermediate. I have completed 6 half marathons and numerous 5k and 10k races.
I have been a part of the Snails family for 3 years.
Build core strength to be a stronger, better runner.
Be the same weight (or less) after the holidays! Ha!
I'm a mommy of two beautiful little girls who loves to be physically fit and encourage others to be their best.
