Do you currently run or walk for exercise?

I just started the Running Academy 102 class. I just finished the 101 class and I'm a bit terrified of 102 in the hot, hot summer heat.

Do you consider yourself a beginner, intermediate or advanced runner?

Even though I've been running on and off for years I consider myself a beginner.

Have you participated in an organized walking or running group before? and if so which group?

I ran with EZ8 in RSM a few years back. I just finished running with ASPRA 101!

What is your short-term goal (3-6 months)?

Run the 10k goal race in 12 minute miles without walking.

What is your long-term goal (6-18 months)?

I think in the next 10 months (hopefully sooner) I'll be able to do a half-marathon successfully.
