When getting ready for a presentation -- whether to investors, board members, their staff or the press -- leaders always think they need to adopt the techniques and strategies of other leaders.  This is usually the kiss of death.  No one can truly engage or inspire an audience pretending to be like someone else.  The key is to identify and develop your own personal style.

So how do you learn to communicate your vision, your business or your message clearly, concisely, and effectively for maximum credibility?

Monique Maley will share insights to help you find your voice as a leader.  She is a Communications Coach, trainer and public speaker as well as a successful entrepreneur and classically trained actress.  She worked professionally in the theater and film industry for over 15 years in both the U.S and in London and has also founded and run two successful companies.  She has worked with entrepreneurs, Fortune 500 companies and high profile professionals from around the world, helping both individuals and teams hone their message, connect with their audience, and communicate with confidence and authenticity.

I wish I could come, but this even conflicts with the Austin Real Estate Investor Networking Group that meets every Third Thursday of the Month. Hopefully I can make you next meeting!

Hi Rebecca I am sorry that we are going to miss you at our event. This is more of Entrepreneur event and not a Real Estate one. We are going to try to record the event and I will let you know if we are successful with it.

It was great to hear some tips from communications pro Monique Maley to add finesse to a presentation and some advice on handling the practical issues like dress, nerves, visuals and audience interaction.

When you get 20 minutes of lively Q&A in addition to the interaction during the presentation, you know you've connected with your audience. Great job, Monique!

    OUTSTANDING!!!

Monique’s Presentation on Pitching & Public Speaking was the BEST that I have ever attended, including many presented by Fortune 500 companies.

Few people on the Planet get the Privilege of attending The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. Monique is one of those privileged few and I can see why. She has extraordinary insights on what it takes to make a successful presentation. The skills that Monique developed pitching deals in Hollywood are also evident. Talk about a Shark Tank. Hollywood is the Ocean of Jaws.

When Z gathers a Sales Force, I will definitely be calling on Monique.
