We are a new group of fun singles who are looking to play some games and make new friends. Whether you're newly single, divorced, widowed or looking to date, then this group is for you! We have no age restrictions, and we serve singles in their 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s. The diversity of our members is what makes the group fun and interesting.

You must be 18 or older to join.

Some of the games we will play include (but are not limited to):

• Bohnanza
• Scrabble
• Guillotine
• Bang!
• Settlers of Catan

If you have not heard of some of the games listed or if you are new to board games, that is no problem. We have organizers who can teach newcomers games. Also, you might check out Wil Wheaton's show about games at the following site: http://tabletop.geekandsundry.com

Aside from gaming events, we will have other types of events on occasion such as going to movies, bowling, and doing jigsaw puzzles.

Policies

The following policies are subject to change. For the most part, we want this group to be a fun and inviting group so policies will be created on an as needed basis.

Pictures

We know that some people have strong objections to posting pictures of themselves on the Meetup site. However, pictures help us identify people at events; especially new people. If you do not have a picture of yourself in your profile, please consider adding one.

Banned from the group

As with most organizations, certain behaviors will result in being permanently banned from the group. Members will be warned before being banned. If a certain behavior is repeated, then banning will be the next course of action. We are all adults here so this should go without saying.

• Repeated unwelcome sexual advances/sexual harassment. Dating within the group comes at your own risk. However, repeated unwelcome advances will not be tolerated.
• Rude behavior toward guests. We are all taking time from our busy schedules to relax and have a good time. We do not need people bringing negativity to our events.
