AWS Cloud Security

The AWS cloud infrastructure has been architected to be one of the most flexible and secure cloud computing environments available today. It provides an extremely scalable, highly reliable platform that enables customers to deploy applications and data quickly and securely. When using the AWS cloud, not only are infrastructure headaches removed, but so are many of the security issues that come with them.

John Martinez, Principle Solutions Architect at, will be presenting on AWS Security and his experience as a customer and partner.

Moving to AWS doesn’t mean you stop thinking about security. AWS does quite a bit more than you’re accustomed to in the data center, but there’s a lot of security responsibilities you’ll need to think about as an AWS user. John will talk about some of those things you’re responsible for and how you can get ahead of the security game and avoid the most common pitfalls.

We hope to see you at the meetup!

Light Food and Drinks will be provided.
