July Meetup with Alert Logic

We’re holding our July  2014 meet up at Virginia’s Center for Innovate Technology (http://www.cit.org/) in Herndon, VA. CIT has visitors parking in the garage.

We’re planning on two speakers and we’ll have some AWS technical representatives attending as well. The schedule of events is:

Justin Criswell is a Cloud Solutions Architect at Alert Logic, the leading provider of Security-as-a-Service solutions for the cloud. Justin has over 11 years’ experience in Enterprise IT solutions and is a subject matter expert for complex deployments of network, system and application security.  Justin oversees Architecture Integration for customer deployments that focus on improving overall information security. His experience includes directing clients on the proper implementation of integrated security audits, assessments of internal controls, as well as providing the tools and services to keep client information compliant with PCI, HIPAA, SOX and other regulatory measures.  Justin serves as a technological evangelist and security product specialist for a variety of vendors, including MSPs, IDS/IPS, SIEM and Cloud Providers. His client base ranges across a variety of industries, including finance, retail, healthcare, e-commerce, and energy. His position brings him to the forefront of client needs as he is able to solve complex business problems with innovative technical solutions.  Justin is a frequent presenter on security implementation and customer integration. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration in Managed Information Systems from Texas Tech University, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
