Home Depot Parking Lot (Power Rd & US-60) (map)
Described as similar to Black Canyon Trail, with awesome views and sweet, smooth singletrack with some good climbs. The wild flowers are in bloom this time of year so bring your camera!
The ride will be an out and back, so riders can go at their own pace and as far as they choose. Plan on about 3 of hours riding with options to do more or less. This ride is suited for high level beginners with good cardio and up. We will plan on getting to the trailhead at about 9:00-9:30. See meeting place and time below.
MEETING TIME / PLACE:
Home Depot Power Rd and US 60 at 8:30am and we can carpool or caravan from there to the trail head which is 33.8 miles east on U.S. 60 (right on E. Saddleridge Rd., left on N. Alamo Canyon Rd. to the trail-head)
Please call the organizer if you have any questions. [masked].

I've heard the ride described as similar to Black Canyon Trail if you've ever done that - never done it myself - looking forward to it though!
Im fresh outta the box with mtn biking but I've gone on hard rides just so I can out do myself
Good call on carpooling. I'm in Central Phoenix. Anyone interested in carpooling?
Steve, one of these time I'd love to carpool, but I need to keep it flexible this weekend and be able to bail out of the ride early if necessary and get back home.
Starting at 8:30. Whew! Now I can take off my Kenda snow tires... :)
Thanks for the great day all (and the ride Shannon). Good meeting everyone!
So we're riding 33.8 miles...SWEET! Oh, I guess I read that wrong...
