How long have you been mtn biking? What kind of trails and rides do you prefer?
On and off for a number of years... As much as possible over the last couple of years.
What is your typical availibility for going on rides? Days and times? Which area of Phx are you from?
Good...when in town -- pretty flexible schedule...will play hooky to ride and can be found spinning around McDowell Mtn. Park often since its close to home.
Do you have questions about trail skills or how to become a better rider?
Sure...there is always room from improvement and new knowledge.
Would you be interested in other outdoor workouts that would compliment your mtn biking?
