Grapeleaves stuffed with parsnips and currants with fresh herbs.
Persian Cucumber Dill Salad
Middle Eastern style raw vegan cashew yogurt with garlic, fresh dill and cucumbers. Very soothing!
Rawlicious Tuna Salad
Walnuts with copped celery, carrots, onions, and parsley in a raw ranch sauce. Served on a beds of lettuce.
Sweet and Sour Beet Salad
Shredded beets with diced green apples, currants, and lime juice dressing.
Classic Summertime Pesto Pasta
Freshly made basil and parsley pesto drizzled over spiralized zucchini pasta, tossed with asparagus and broccoli.
Tomato and Macadamia Mozzarella Linguine
Spiralized carrots, parsnips, and zucchini in a raw mozzarella cheese and “smoked” red pepper sauce. Topped with basil. Simply delicious!
Gnocci with Sweet Pepper Sauce
Delicious jicama cashew gnocchi , served with a red pepper cashew cream sauce and marinated asparagus. Topped with fresh basil.
