Hey Susan,
Thanks so much for your enthusiasm about the truffles. I'm not sure I can make the meetup on Sunday because I'm scheduled to work, but, I'm hoping to give Dan Desmond the basic recipe and collect some in return. I've been working with it for awhile and have used all sorts of stuff including almond butter, cilantro, zucchini, nuts raisins, sweet potato. curry, cayenne etc. I've like them all, but am keen lover of cacao. Some people go, ...zucchini!..w
