Makes 4 - 6 servings

3/4 cup raw almond butter
1/2 cup orange juice (freshly juiced!)
1 T minced fresh ginger
1 T Nama Shoyu (Raw soy sauce)
1 t minced garlic
2 T honey
1/8 t cayenne pepper
a pinch of sea salt

Blend all of the above ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Pour over ...

2 bags of Kelp Noodles (you can find these refrigerated at Whole Paycheck aka Whole Foods)

allow to marinated for at least 10 minutes. and stir.
Chopped Basil and cilantro throughout.

Garnish with cherry tomatoes (cut in half) and a bit of chopped basil and cilantro.

Voila!! Soooooo yummmy ...

Wow, what perfect timing! I shop at Whole Paycheck every Monday and I was just wondering what to do with the kelp noodles sitting in my fridge. I also arrived just a bit too late night to try your Pad Thai (it was apparently the first thing to be swiftly devoured by the teaming raw food masses).
