I realized that, although I've belonged to the AZ SS's Facebook page, I do NOT belong to this Meetup. So here I am!
What about Steampunk captures your imagination?
I'm a lifelong sci-fi geek AND history geek, as well as have a background in fashion merchandising/history, plus my daughter has been into cosplay for at least 6 years, so I've gotten into the Con scene via her. AND I've been selling antique jewelry for the past 20 years. So the combination of the actual history & fashion plus sci-fi...well, it's all there!
How often would you like to attend events?
Dunno.
What area do you live in? (Scottsdale, West Tucson, etc.)
east central Scottsdale.
