Introduction
I have been in the IT industry for over 25 years delivering ERP solutions to clients such as Sears, IBM, Kraft, Nissan, and Actel. Over the past several years, I have focused on SMB clients.

What experience do you have with software and or hardware as it relates to Small to Medium Business?
Development of business requirements utilizing Business Process Management, Workflow, and data modling tools and techniques to capture requirements and quickly move to the design/package implementation, and development stages.
What are you looking to get out of this group?
Sharing business contacts, strategies, tools, and techniques.
How do you feel you can contribute to our group?
I have over 25 years experience dealing with C-level executives and owners that have been frustrated by the lack of communication with IT departments. During that time, i have been able to deliver business requirements that are easily understood by the business and IT. My general approach is to time-box the effort and use modeling tools to capture the requirements and present them to the business through functional prototypes. I would enjoy meeting and discussing how others in the group approach this area fo the business.
