Great group. The only thing I would suggest, is not to hand out your cards in front of everyone during the 30 second around the room portion of the event. When you hand your card to one person after they spoke and not to the next, it makes the person who did not get your card feel not good enough or left out. The last time you suggested to hand them out after the meeting.
