WHY WAS THIS GROUP CREATED AND WHAT IS ITS PURPOSE?
This group was established in effort to make meeting new people, easy. From experience, we know that many people find that it may be very difficult - even nerve wracking to meet other people once you enter the professional world and our time at college/university has come to an end.  Additionally as we age and move further on into our lives as individuals we may have found that our friends that we once were so close with have moved on. Work can be distracting, stressful and tiresome but despite all of it all let us get outside - break free from the bonds of our careers and meet new, real and genuine people from Valley of the Sun in effort to create friendships and relationships.

WHO IS THIS GROUP FOR?
This group is targeted towards Young Professionals (20s & 30s) of any relationship status who are looking to make new friends, have a good time socializing while enjoying conversations and enjoying the area.

WHAT HAS THIS GROUP ACCOMPLISHED SINCE INCEPTION?
We are proud to be able to say that we are the largest, most popular and active Young Professional's Meetup Group in Phoenix, AZ. In our short history that started in November 2010 we have received over 100 Positive reviews from our current membership and have taken hundreds of photos from our previous events that depict how much fun we have meeting up!

WHERE ARE YOUR EVENTS LOCATED?
Activities in this Meetup are mostly concentrated in the Phoenix and East Valley areas.  Provided for you by Google Maps; a good geographical depiction of where 90% our events take place within a calendar year for the group. There are times where we do explore further outwards for the likes of seeing Arizona.

WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS CAN I EXPECT FROM THIS MEETUP GROUP?
Our events can range from outdoor activities (Hiking, Camping, Biking, Running, and Swimming) to weekly Happy Hour events, Festivals, Movies, Dining out, Farmer's Markets, Concerts, Sporting Events, Game Nights, Potluck and more! Whatever we think about doing that is fun - you'll be able to experience it with this group.

Yes, after completing the easy membership sign up we highly recommend you check our "NEW MEMBERS" forum in our message board to help you get started with our group; there are many discussions that have been posted by other new members and answered by our staff that can help you!
