"Meditation in Action"

Attention is the keyword when it comes to both silent meditation – moving inward through all the levels of our being – and performing our actions in the world. Since we cannot spend 24 hours in silent meditation, you may wonder what to do with the other hours? This is why we will explore during our weekend the practice of “meditation in action’, how to “be in the world, but not of the world” and how to coordinate and integrate all the levels of our being, so that we can perform our actions skillfully, selflessly and lovingly. Learning to meditate in action will gradually make your whole life a life of meditation, which will allow you to be in a constant state of peace, happiness, playfulness, clarity and bliss.
Yoga meditation is the art and science of systematically observing, accepting, understanding, and training each of the levels of our being, such that we may coordinate and integrate those aspects of ourselves, and dwell in the direct experience of the center of consciousness. ~ Swami Jnaneshvara
