Serato + Ableton = The Bridge : Getting to know the Serato Environment

Bobby Collins is music. Beyond the closet full of instruments he plays, he DJ's everywhere with his hybrid Bobby C Sound TV project where he seamlessly combines music and video. His original music project, available through Black Bridge, is titled Spaceflight Orchestra, is very Ableton friendly. All original mixes and songs focused on producing great music. Bobby has a long history in music, DJ-ing, and production and stands out as "one of those DJ's you remember".

Due to release soon "The Bridge" is the next major release for Ableton featuring a cross platform handshake and integration between these powerful programs. This is one of the largest steps taken to close the gap between digital DJ's and other electronic musicians. Come and join us for a fun and enlightening evening.

Already our little Ableton / Electronic music community has brought people together. But the guys with the laptops are only part of the equation. We openly invite technology fans, restaurant and venue specialists, musicians of any type, music retailers, electronic music fans, or anyone else who wants to contribute (cupcakes) to our Electronic Music Community.

Beat Repeat Clinic : Back Room C.DB.SN (Chase Dobson) will join Marc in presenting a Beat Repeat Special : How to beat repeat with out bruises or scarring. Beat repeat is a powerful tool and near endless possibilities. Chase and Marc uncover some fo the fun and reveal simple methods to get great results form this basic control mechanism in Ableton.
Petting Zoo : OHM64

Marc will start the evening off with a short petting zoo as handler of the Livid OHM64. If you are considering a new controller or would like to talk about the editor, set up, strengths, and more stop by learn more.
