Jim's delicious acorn pancakes, done the old way by class participitants...grinding acorns with mortor and pestle, leaching, and adding more delicious, nutritious wild ingredients, i.e., elderberries, toyon berries, chia seeds, wild buckwheat, etc., etc. and cooked up the old way over the open campfire on a slab of stone!
