Meet others who love going to the movies. We are located in Albuquerque and get together to see newly released movies. And after wards we go for drinks and get to know each other.


We see newly released movies and also movies at the $1 theater.  The "$1" theater shows are discounted movies that have been out for a few months, great for those on a budget.

It's our goal to see one movie a week or at least have one activity per week.

  • We have had some excellent dinner get togethers!
  • We promote a friendly, drama-free and fun atmosphere!
  • We are respectful and encourage a positive atmosphere.
  • We include everyone, singles and couples.<More Information here>

- Please use your Real first name.

- No Show Policy.

- Please plan on attending all movies and events you RSVP "I'm Going" to.

-If you cannot attend call, e-mail or update your RSVP as soon as possible.

-If you do not make it, and do not update your RSVP to reflect you will not attend your RSVP is classified as a "No Show." If you are a "no-show" for event(s) your RSVP may be removed from a future limited attendance* event to make room for other guests.

*Limited attendance events are clearly marked as to how many people can RSVP before it becomes full and they may have a waiting list.  Everyone is welcome, this is for planning purposes only when we need to manage attendance closely for events.  If you have concerns please e-mail the organizer.

I am very anti-spam and clamp down hard on it to protect our Meetup site and our members. I respectfully ask you display your name (last name not required) and your current location should be set to something in New Mexico, moving to, or visiting (the exception is if you e-mail me and say your a real person and your life just isn't complete without being a member).

Nonsense words like "wxyz" and the like are discouraged in your profile because they could be signs of a spammer.
