I know you wake up on certain mornings feeling like you're dreading the day and I know that you want to have the energy and excitement to feel fulfilled regardless of what happens externally to the way you live.

I'm starting this group as a way to motivate so many people every morning before work for just 1 hour. The details are below.

How? I focus primarily on simple and gradual movement that gets the blood flowing in the whole body and while doing so, I engage in gratitude, imagination, breathing techniques, affirmations (or incantations as Tony Robbins put it), and a swift jog. I will guide you through the whole process as we go.

Why? This smooth process gets your whole body to wake up FULLY and kick start the brain's creativity while nourishing your soul with so much joy. The more people on board, the more we feed off our great joyful & confident energy. It gives you so much certainty and focus on yourself. Where? Abu Dhabi Corniche right in front of Volk's Wagen dealership. The weather right now is FANTASTIC for a lot of oxygen to be inhaled.

When? Sundays to Thursdays although I do this every single day regardless of timing. On weekdays it's at 6 am to 7 am. If you're a champ and you want to make the most out of it, come out on a weekend on your own anywhere and do it at any time you want. This group is focused only on weekdays.

What to bring? Yourself and an open/curious mind. Be ready to have a great time with this :) Who to bring? Anyone. It doesn't matter whether you bring your friends, family, children, or even pets like dogs. I also suggest not having breakfast because it will help you feel light and smooth during your walking and movements.

Who am I? Just a regular young man who enjoys living a fulfilled life. I GUARANTEE you that the moment you step into this and own your energy first thing in the morning, you will feel a significant difference in the way you feel throughout your days. This is something that Tony Robbins, Brian Tracey, Robin Sharma, and many others have been teaching for a long time in various forms. I felt that my life changed so much when I applied it constantly and it would be awesome to share this with you. We all can learn from one another.

How often can you participate? The best part about this is that you get to do it as many times as you want whenever you want. You're not entitled to anything here. This is all about you and the way you step up! The more times you show up, the better!
