I could demo how to make 3-day sauerkraut, with flavor variations. I could do it either of two ways: a demo, or a hands-on workshop. The demo, I would just show how to do it. The hands-on, I would ask that each person bring a head of cabbage , a 1 qt. mason jar, a bottle of water, and a sharp knife I would bring a food processor and a knife, to show two ways to do it, as well as enough probiotics to give to each person (the number of attendees would have to be limited for the hands on.

There are a couple of venues that could be used. Depending on the venue, a charge of up to $5 might be necessary. If people are interested in such a workshop, I could figure it all out and give specifics.
