These are interesting times to be alive and we have the opportunity today, right now, to change what occurs by the choices we are making and the questions we are asking.

What is your target?

My name is Carol Sheehan, Certified Bars Practitioner and Facilitator, and as I continue to teach Bars classes, and work with clients to create more ease and joy in their lives, I ask this question: What else is possible?

My target is to spread consciousness. For me, this means we need to change. We need to demand of ourselves to choose for more...more awareness, more joy, more of us showing up as the unique and magical abundant beings we truly be. Who are you refusing to be? Something you may not ever have thought of as a contribution? Would you be willing to give that up now?

Welcome to Access Consciousness Ottawa. This group is about changing anything in your life that is not working for you with conscious awareness.

How would you like to get out of your own way and live your life with more possibility?

Choice creates awareness.

Is there something you are struggling with and would like assistance in changing?

How often have you thought that you had nothing much to offer anyone?

Feeling overwhelmed?

What if instead of coming to the conclusion (answer) that you can't be or do something, you ask this question - What contribution can I be here? This question, in fact any question, will open up more space for something to show up. A question empowers, an answer disempowers. What would it take to be in the question of my life? What would it take for that to show up?

Access tools are easy to learn, and they empower YOU to be, do, have, create or generate anything you desire. This is the fastest, most effective stuff I have ever found!

I am available for private Bars appointments, to facilitate Bars classes, offer workshops and schedule Bars swaps.
