Artemis!

Artemis was so much fun we have to do it again!

If we get 6 people on the waitlist, we will try to do two groups.

Someone asked about the light strips, here's a link talking about how I set them up, it's really simple:

The total cost is only $35.57 at the time I bought the parts.

Remember, if you RSVP yes and then don't show up, you are hurting the rest of the players! This game only works when there are enough people, and taking the spot of someone else who might have showed up will be looked upon very poorly.

Please read through all the information here:
    http://artemiswiki.pbworks.com/...
Start with the station you plan to play, then read the rest as well, in case everybody picked the same station.

So per Jethro's email, are we meeting at AMT and then deciding where to meet up? I was going to bring a switch and router, is that still needed at the new venue?
And would you mind if I bought my son along? He's 10, we played last night with the lights, and he was having a blast! (who wouldsn't??) Helm and Science stations, but I'm sure he'd like to try them all eventually.

We should just meet at the MADE. I wouldn't worry about the switch/router unless it's not biggie to bring them. I have had rumors of the wireless not being excellent, but I've never had a problem, and I think there might be hardware we can use there. I don't mind your son coming along, so long as he is well behaved.

Yeah I think we satrated the wireless last time, figured wired would be the way to go

If only it did not require Windows or iOS! Sounds fun but I'm hoping for a Linux, Android, or Mac port.

https://play.google.co... also it runs under some variants of wine on Mac (I've seen people get it to work under PlayOnMac and Crossover Office)

There will be PCs for use by people who can't get it running on their own machines. Having said that, I plan on trying this tonight http://artemis.forumc...

Hey Dave I just got 2x RGB LED strips in the mail, I saw your post at http://artemis.forumchitchat.co... (figured daver had to be you, the table looked pretty familiar) and am going to wire these up this weekend, i'll bring them along with a switch and wireless router to see if we can stabilize the network a bit.
Think we can run three strips on one controller? Maybe like make a shield so we can connect more strips or something, or I saw that it supports multiple channels as well. Sure we'll figure something out.
