When I first started, I was literally spinning my wheels for the first year. I was looking for “deals” here, there, and basically everywhere. Should I do a flip first to make some money to invest with? Or should I just buy a rental property and hold it for rental income? I was all over the place!

I didn’t get anywhere until I finally sat down and decided exactly what I wanted to do first. Only once did I determine what my goal was and focused on that could I actually start working towards achieving it. A few months later, I bought a condo as my first rental property!
