Electro-acoustic jam and potluck at Steve's house

I love the acoustic jams I've been to with this meetup, but I also like to play in a band format and go for a fuller sound.  So let's do a plugged-in jam at my house.  I have a music room set up with a PA, a very nice digital piano, and a full drum kit.  I have three SM57 mics and stands.  Of course, acoustic instruments are welcome, but you'll probably need to be miked or have a pickup to be heard.  To save space and keep the volume to a comfortable level, bring your small amps.

If you have chord charts for songs you'd like to play, please bring them.  I also have a white board so we can quickly jot them down.

I've chosen this time slot so as not to conflict with the Saturday jam and to try to accommodate as many peoples' schedules as possible.  If it's still rocking at 8:00, we can always keep going.  To make it a little more social, feel free to bring friends (a sympathetic audience is always nice), and bring a dish or beverage to share.  Probably not every will be able to play at the same time, so having some food and drink on hand will be good.

NOTE:  When you RSVP, please indicate in the comments what instrument(s) you play.  Bass players particularly welcome!

Great meetup! Too bad we only got to play for 6 hours... :-)
    Thanks, Steve!

We could bring our mixer, have everyone plug into it and then feed the output into your PA. We can handle up to 16 inputs, hopefully enough...

I disagree. I'd much rather have a few guitars unplug between sets than have 16 cords running everywhere.

I play an electric acoustic guitar and will bring a small amp. Thanks for hosting this jam. Sounds like fun!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
