Action Ski and Snowboard Club is an active social group of singles and couples 21 and up (mostly 30+) who live, work and play in and around San Diego, California--and ski and board at Mammoth and flyaway destinations. We also do off-the-slopes activities throughout the year.
In 2012, we have 5 ACTION-oriented bus trips to Mammoth Mountain, with a longer flyaway trip to PARK CITY!!! $290 for 3 day and $360 for 4 day Mammoth trips include transportation by bus to Mammoth, accommodations at condos, meals up and back on the bus and at the condos and almost all you can drink!!!!
Mammoth trips: January 6-9, January 19-22, Feb 2-6 (a 4 day trip), March 9 - 12 and March 22-25.
Park City: February 24 - 29 Base price $1225
In the meantime, we have plenty of summer fun in the works - wine and beer tastings, picnics, bike rides, hikes and more. Check the calendar for the latest at http://actionski.org/ASCactivities.htm.
During the winter months we meet at PLAYERS SPORTS BAR in Clairemont Mesa off Shawline, behind the Soup Plantation and McDonalds.
Our year-round activities are designed for all types of fun seekers. You'll find us to be a friendly, informal bunch who enjoy partying, dining out, biking, camping, hiking, wine tasting, horseback riding and, of course,...skiing and snowboarding. Our energetic board members are always planning something new and exciting, and members keep coming up with new ideas (see the activities pages for the latest.) New members are always welcomed with open arms! Different events attract different types of members so there are always new people to meet.
