Workshop - Ten Keys to Happiness

Action for Happiness is a movement of people taking action in their personal lives, homes, workplaces, schools and communities - to help create a happier society for everyone. In this engaging, inter-active session, Vanessa King will take you through AFH's 10 Keys, which are based on the latest science from psychology, neuroscience and economics. Everyone's path to happiness is different, but the research suggests these ten things can have a positive impact on our own, and others', happiness, wellbeing and resilience. The Keys make the research accessible and practical for everyone, and you will come away with ideas for action to put into practice in daily life.

Action for Happiness provides inspiration and resources to help people make a difference based on scientific evidence and works to influence policy change at all levels.
