Run a Half-Marathon, I keep getting side-tracked but I am ready for the challenge now.
Recently -mainly I run on the threadmill about 3 miles every other day, I am trying to get into a routine of swimming on the weekend.
I was an intermediate athlete before my shoulder injury but now I consider myself a beginner since I have been sedentary for a long time.
I have been inactive for a while and would like to get back to doing the things I love, I especially enjoy doing activities outdoors. I would like to meet others such as myself. :)
