Half marathon in 2 1/4 hours, full marathon one day, duathlon and triathlon in spring and fall 2013, respectively, and

What does your current fitness routine consist of? (e.g.-gym, walking, jogging, running, cycling, crossfit, swimming or out-of-shape)

Crossfit workout 2x/week, MTB 1x/week, running 1x/week.

How would you define yourself as an athlete? (e.g.- beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc)
