Active half marathon runner and I wan to try a sprint Tri sometime in the Spring.
Keeping me in the know of upcoming physical races.
5k in sub 30 minutes, 10K sub 55 mins, Half Marathon sub 2.5 hrs
Running 3-5 miles every other day and Cycling 25 a day once per week.
