What are your fitness goals for the next year? (e.g. - Run 3 miles without stopping)

Goals: Complete an Adventure Race, Sprint Triathlon, 1/2 Marathon, & recapture my six-pack, all by the end of summer '12 (40th birthday in Aug), & w/o injury.

What does your current fitness routine consist of? (e.g.-gym, walking, jogging, running, cycling, crossfit, swimming or out-of-shape)

A broad mix of Running (Tempo, Intervals, etc), Weight Lifting, Body Weight & Core Training, Biking, Swimming, & Nordic Walking.

How would you define yourself as an athlete? (e.g.- beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc)



I am a nursing student & former Marine, new to adventure racing (1st Warrior Dash 03/17/12), enjoy Running, Biking, Swimming, Weights, Nordic, Core Training, '24 Hr Fitness', am eating Paleo, & would like to find local w-out partners. -Semper Fi
