Run 5 miles without stopping.

What does your current fitness routine consist of? (e.g.-gym, walking, jogging, running, cycling, crossfit, swimming or out-of-shape)

A lot of walking, but I do a 5k at least once a month and adventure races maybe 2X a year

How would you define yourself as an athlete? (e.g.- beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc)



Hi there! I do a lot of 5ks and a couple adventure races, but I'd like to meet others to be miserable - er - active with. Hehe.
