What are your fitness goals for the next year? (e.g. - Run 3 miles without stopping)

Run the 2.9 mile lap around Memorial Park under 21:00 again.

What does your current fitness routine consist of? (e.g.-gym, walking, jogging, running, cycling, crossfit, swimming or out-of-shape)

Regularly work out at the gym, run Mem Park 3 miles a couple of times a week, and play some golf once in a while..

How would you define yourself as an athlete? (e.g.- beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc)

I love the outdoors, exercise, traveling, meeting people and trying new things. Memorial Park 3 mile run is my favorite run.
