What are your fitness goals for the next year? (e.g. - Run 3 miles without stopping)

i'd like to be able to do the MS150 next year...and start running more.

What does your current fitness routine consist of? (e.g.-gym, walking, jogging, running, cycling, crossfit, swimming or out-of-shape)

it's pretty basic right now. i go to the gym about 3-4 times a week.

How would you define yourself as an athlete? (e.g.- beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc)
