I see active houston as a motivator to help me keep up with my fitness goals, as well as help me to push my fitness boundaries.
Run 10+ miles without stopping, complete a second triathlon.
Mostly running in the range of 3-5 miles, occasionally cycling, would like to increase distance and frequency.
Intermediate, have completed a few 5k's and one Olympic distance Tri.
I am new to the city Apr-2012, and looking to join a group to meet new people with common interests and goals, as well as to motivate me to reach my fitness goals.
