What are your fitness goals for the next year? (e.g. - Run 3 miles without stopping)

I ran my first 10k the first week of December and I have signed up for another 10k in March. If I can keep up with the training, I'd like to run the Houston Half marathon next time.

What does your current fitness routine consist of? (e.g.-gym, walking, jogging, running, cycling, crossfit, swimming or out-of-shape)

I currently do Hot Yoga three times a week and run at Buffalo Bayou/Allen Parkway twice a week. I've been toying with the idea of getting a bicycle and getting into the local rides but I don't have many friends that currently bike so I've been holding off. I think this group would be a great opportunity for me to learn a little more about biking and figure out if that is also something I want to invest in.

How would you define yourself as an athlete? (e.g.- beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc)

I would consider myself intermediate to advanced. I've been doing yoga for two years now which has really strengthened my body overall. I picked up running when I switched companies and ran my first 10k in my company's annual charity run.
